I'm still experimenting with rubs and have not settled on anything particular in any one of my cooks. Similar revolving ingredients that come together with different spices to see if I like the results. I got lazy today and made a big batch. I originally was going to try several variations and test them on the different pieces of pork. With the afternoon almost here I opted to bypass that and also the injection marinade. The last injection in the pork added very little that I could distinguish and Pork on the smoker is delicious anyway you have it so I'm ok with just a dry rub
